Description
• About: Te Tai Hauāuru is a Māori electorate that covers the western North Island. The northern boundary extends from the southern edge of Kawhia Harbour on the west coast to the Kaimai Ranges in the east. The eastern boundary moves south skirts Lake Taupō travels down the length of the Ruahine and Tararua Ranges then terminates near Belmont Regional Park. The western boundary is the west coast of the North Island from Porirua in the south to Kawhia Harbour in the north.
