• About: The Rongotai electorate comprises the eastern communities of Wellington City including Roseneath Hataitai Melrose Kilbirnie Rongotai Miramar and Seatoun. The western boundary runs south from the Basin Reserve taking in Newtown Berhampore Vogeltown and Kingston as well as the south coast suburbs of Ōwhiro Bay Island Bay Houghton Bay and Lyall Bay. The electorate also includes the Chatham Islands.
