• About: Ikaroa-Rāwhiti (ika “fish” roa “long” rāwhiti “east”) is a Māori electorate that covers the eastern North Island. It extends from the top of the East Cape to the Wellington region and includes Gisborne Hawkes Bay Wairarapa as well as most of the Hutt Valley and Wainuiomata.
